Senator Trump moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 339—A BILL to amend and reenact §19-19-2 and §19-19-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the right to farm; amending definitions; defining new terms; clarifying requirements for filing a public or private nuisance action to recover damages from an agricultural operation; clarifying applicability of municipal requirement to agricultural operation situated outside municipal corporate boundaries; and clarifying exemption for certain actions for injuries or damages against an agricultural operation or portion thereof.
